By accessing and using this website (Brandnew Beats LLC], purchasing beats, or otherwise interacting with the services offered herein, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this Site.

Intellectual property

  • All beats, instrumentals, and audio content ([Brandnew Beats LLC]) – the “Beats”) displayed or sold on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of [Brandnew The Label, Brandnew Records], and are protected by copyright law.

  • When you license a beat, you are granted specific usage rights as defined in the corresponding license agreement (e.g., MP3, WAV, Premium, Unlimited, Trackouts and Exclusive). You do not gain ownership of the beat itself.

Beat licensing

  • Non-exclusive licenses allow the producer to continue licensing the same beat to other artists.

  • Exclusive licenses grant the licensee full rights to the beat, and the producer may no longer sell or license it to anyone else, except for previous non-exclusive licensees who are protected by a "notice of outstanding clients" in the exclusive contract.

  • Artists are responsible for adhering to the terms outlined in their license agreement, including renewal of licenses if usage limits are reached or the agreement expires.

  • If you use samples in your beats, you must ensure that they are properly cleared to avoid copyright infringement.

Payment and refunds

  • All payments for licenses are processed through SoundClick and are subject to their terms of service.

  • Refunds may be considered in certain situations, such as technical issues preventing delivery of the beat or accidental duplicate purchases, but not typically for valid purchases where the beat has been downloaded and benefited from exposure.
